Phoenix Security has a Baton Patrol system that the Client may request. The system consists of an electronic Baton and various points.
The points are set up all over the client’s premises, the security officer will then take the baton with on a patrol, and the officer will clock each point. The baton stores up to 4000 transactions. The supervisor then downloads the baton onto his portable Memory transporter at least every fortnight. The transporter then is downloaded onto our computers at the office; this information is checked and then handed to our client in a confidential envelope. If there is a transgression of any patrol activities then disciplinary action will then be instituted against the officer for failing to perform his duties in a satisfactory manner.
